PrioBox is a digital productivity tool designed to help users manage tasks, priorities, and work more intentionally.
You must be at least 18 years old to use PrioBox.

All PrioBox branding, visual assets, and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
We may integrate with third-party tools (ex: authentication providers). Their terms apply separately.

We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uptime.
PrioBox is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, PrioBox is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
PrioBox may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continuing to use PrioBox means you accept the updated Terms.
